Cancellation & Returns

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
  • To initiate a cancellation, please contact our concierge team with your Order ID.
  • Please note: once an order has transitioned to the 'Shipped' status, cancellation is no longer possible.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for items that meet the following criteria within 7 days of delivery:

  • Product remains unused and in its pristine, original condition.
  • Original packaging, authenticity cards, and tags must remain intact.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability and must be of equal value.

Refund Process

Upon successful inspection of the returned item, refunds are initiated within 5-7 business days. Funds will be credited back to your original payment method.

Exclusions

Please be advised that Gift Cards, personalized/bespoke creations, and items marked as 'Final Sale' are ineligible for return or exchange.
